The daily has returned to balance after putting an end to the pattern of lower highs and lower lows. The market is currently in balance across all time frames, awaiting more market-generated information.

The above sentence doesn't make sense to me. The pool low is where the poor sellers are crowded. Is this because stronger sellers want to react from higher positional energy?
The poor low should be an easy reference to take out. Failure to take it out indicates weak sellers, leading to higher prices. The higher (better) prices will potentially attract stronger sellers to enter the market. The current state of the sellers is uncertain given last week's inability to clean up the poor structure from 3/16, despite the weakness.
