Hi Smash for One Time Framing you only consider RTH? i.e. if it breaches prior day low during globex and reclaimed and continues higher do you consider that a stop of OTFU?
Greetings Smash! Thanks for the detailed analysis and plan for the day.
I see that among other MGL you also use ON MID. Is there any special reason behind that, what exactly does it help you see? I use ONH and ONL, as statistical targets that the market "needs" to test in the RTH session, but I have never used ON MID. Thanks
Thanks, Art! The ON mid can be a valuable target area when we open with a true gap and see an inventory correction. For instance, during a gap up, the ON mid, full session VWAP, and prior day’s high (gap-fill) often become key areas of interest. More broadly, the midpoint of any range tends to attract attention, as algos frequently respond to it. That said, when the market is primarily driven by short-term traders rather than long-term participants, these visual levels—especially when they align with other references—often see meaningful reactions.
Sorry Smash, i think i confused myself. With respect to the excerpt below, are we monitoring for a break Above of VIX level 18.69 making 5855 below a downside target? Thanks
"I would continue to monitor the 18.69 level on VIX, as a break below it could shift the tone—potentially making 5855 a downside magnet (Weekly Extreme High for ES). This would align with a successful downside break of today’s inside day."
Thanks Smash. Excellent analysis and succinct as per usual.
Appreciate it!
I like how you are letting us in on "rules".
Thank you Smashie!

Hey! I only monitor RTH activity for one-time framing/balance.

That is correct—above*. Fixed, thank you!
