Smash, thanks for everything. I wanted to ask you, do you have any tolerance level for the levels? For example, do you expect it to be at least a certain number of ticks away to be considered valid for the level? Thanks!

The most important thing is the order flow activity around the level. Sometimes the interesting activity occurs before the level is tagged, sometimes at the level, and sometimes after it.

Because of that, I don’t treat levels as exact prices — they’re more of a reference area, where context and the order flow response matter far more than a specific number of ticks.

Generally, the higher the volatility, the more wiggle room is needed around each level.
