The yellow level discipline framework is gold. I used to blow up accounts chasing moves outside my zones, and it took me way too long to realize that avoiding impulsive entries isnt about missing oppertunities - it's about preserving capital for the setups that actually align with your edge. That simple rule of not initiating trades outside those predefined levels probably saves more accounts than any fancy indicator ever could.
