Merry Christmas Smash.

Can u pls explain the reason behind the 6972 level. Why do see it as a resistance level?

Merry Christmas! It roughly corresponds to the all-time high in SPX around 6920.

Really solid framework here, especially the emphasis on not chasing outside those yellow levels. The concept of "discipline over impulse" gets talked about alot but what I like is how this gets operationalized with specific price references rather than just vibes. I've noticed in my own trading that having these hard boundaries actually reduces decision fatigue during sessions tho sometimes the toughest part is sitting on hands when price is just hovering near those boundaries. The LBAF at 6925 during B-period was a textbook example of institutional absorption happening in real-time.
