Ok I think I figured it out , A 16 tick range bar same as I had. My values were the same after the open , but I couldn't understand why you had the short bar before the open . I was because I had it all one session 1800 to 1700 with new bar at start, When I changed it to
09 30 to 1700 day 1800 to 09 29 59 Night . its exactly the same now
