You need to start with one of them first, the hardest one to learn is the DOM, there is a lot of screen time required for you to understand auction theory and how buyers and sellers move markets. If you then can learn volume profile and footprint, combined together can give you an edge. I also use Bookmap.

Can you clarify the vix values? The value for B&H of 4539 (13.78) is greater than that called for the of weekly ex high at 4515 (13.63).

Yes, 13.63 is essentially the Weekly Extreme Low for VIX, thus correlated with the Weekly Extreme High of 4515. 13.63 is the level to observe throughout the week. However, 13.78 is correlated with 4539, but its significance is limited to today.
